      • Rising Sun Express LLC also hosts an Employee Appreciation Luncheon once a month in honor of the employees who have their company anniversaries. Meals are available for all to enjoy. The menu changes each month. They may have pizza, tacos or even hamburgers on the grill. The employees really enjoy the FREE FOOD. 
  • Safety Award Program
    • The Safety Award Program is a true “Safety” program. It is not tied to performance and mpg that only rewards a few of the drivers. This program is based on years of no accidents and no damage. For each year of safe driving the driver receives the following: Gold Pin, Framed Certificate and Safety Bonus Pay with increased pay for more years of safe driving. 
  • Driver Referral Bounty 
    • Rising Sun Express embraces the power of “word of mouth” and pay an employee a total bounty of $750 when a referred driver is hired and reaches one year of employment. The bounty is paid in increments. 
  • Group Savings Plan
    • Rising Sun Express manages and Employee Savings Account for employees to save for Christmas, vacations or just emergency funds. 
    • Small, short-term loans are made to employees from the account whereas an employee can borrow and payback with payroll deduction.

    • Current carrier is Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield
    • It’s a high deductible plan with a Health Savings Account option to help with the deductible
    • Traditional Plan option is also available
