Our Reliable Fleet of Freightliner Trucks

Rising Sun Express LLC has been updating the fleet of Freightliner trucks and newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks featuring the DT12 automated manual transmission. Over the years, the fleet has had a variety of models including the FLD, Columbia, Coronado, and Cascadia. Rising Sun Express has also been updating the fleet of dry van trailers with new keeping the fleet without any trailers older than 10 years.

The company provides in the truck a SiriusXM radio with an active subscription, Eroad for electronic logging and messaging dispatch, Outward facing cameras,  RandMcNally navigation (if you do not have your own), refrigerator, and inverter.  The mechanics will install your CB, microwave, and TV if needed.  A trucks is assigned to a driver.  There is no slip seating unless it is because of a maintenance issue.

Rising Sun Express has a maintenance garage on site with mechanics to service and repair the equipment when it arrives at the yard. They also assist with mechanical problems on the road. Rising Sun mechanics follow an aggressive preventative maintenance program. The entire team at Rising Sun is dedicated to keep the wheels rolling down the road safely and efficiently.
